I would prefer to live in singapore , big otaku culture there and most of them speak english.

Nope, I'd love to visit. If I ever did live in Japan or any country that doesn't speak English..then I'd have to make sure I was fluent enough to get around on my own.

I'd like to visit. But I don't like a lot of the food (just to name one, I don't like sushi), and I don't know enough of the language to do anything but annoy people. Plus I like living in the west. So I wouldn't live there.
