Probably Ramen, Onigiri, and Sushi. Unfortunately I haven't tried the real deal, but I am possibly going to Japan for a month over the Summer,
so I'll try the real deal then :D.
I love sushi and gyoza
Sushi (sashimi, nigiri, cooked tempura, etc), yakisoba, BBQ hotpots, and steam buns/dumplings!
Ramen, real Ramen. Not big into Sushi and theres no good place around me for much else. Japanese Fried Rice aswell.
Sashimi.... tell the chef I have no preference and to use his/her imagination
I love sushi, but I ate at a restaurant called tonton and the ramen I had was absolutely delicious. If you ever in Atlanta go by and try it I doubt you'll regret it!
Also, I'd like to try mochi in red bean soup. It's a similar concept.. Like daifuku reversed.
Deep fried sushi. Hey, Im American. Id try deep fried Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
I love all Japanese food, but I just really love miso soup for some reason. It always makes me feel better.
red bean mochi
