Probably Ramen, Onigiri, and Sushi. Unfortunately I haven't tried the real deal, but I am possibly going to Japan for a month over the Summer, so I'll try the real deal then :D.

Sushi (sashimi,nigiri,cooked tempura,etc), yakisoba, BBQ hotpots, and steam buns/dumplings!

Ramen, real Ramen. Not big into Sushi and theres no good place around me for much else. Japanese Fried Rice aswell.

I love sushi, but I ate at a restaurant called tonton and the ramen I had was absolutely delicious. If you ever in Atlanta go by and try it I doubt you'll regret it!
