Lolita itself is a form of fashion. And it isn't a form of fashion only one type of person can wear. So many different females wear lolita, Ranging from sizes small and big tall and short, And not only Japanese people wear it many Americans and Europeans also wear it, Pretty much anyone in the world is allowed to wear Lolita, Because it is a fashion. It isn't restricted to only asians. Lol. Anime lolita..Always has like..lolis wearing it.. XD; In reality mostly grown adults partake in the fashion. Cause it's extremely expensive hobby, Not something little girls could ever afford or have there parents buy them unless they are rich. Besides they'd only get the clothes dirty and destroyed since kids are so irresponsible.
