Net neutrality

To be honest, I dont know what to expect out of the repeal. The major ISPs are pure evil and have lost "benefit of the doubt" priviledges countless times, so Im expecting them to go full nefarious on this. My hope is that (assuming the repeal isnt undone by congress or the supreme court) the second they go too far, they'll be struck down.

And by facepalming Alabama, do you mean for almost electing a pedophile or not electing the pedophile? And siding with Breitbart doesnt make you sound much better. Really, Breitbart is frequently worse than Fox

the one time i admire alabama >w> the better reason not to want to elect roy moore isnt so much the pedohpile thing its the fact he was kicked off the senate (i believe it was the senate) for refusing to stay neutral on religion in his work and refused to abide by the constitution hes proud to involve his religion into politics, which is reason enough to dislike him now, no idea who that democrat is, but he looks funny >w> no idea his policy, but it cant be worse than roy-bible-humping-moore oh, and hes pro choice, which is very good

I mean by believing all of that nonsense that just magically comes out about a month from election. I'm facepalming the lack of due process or sense from people who vote/support Jones and just treated Moore the same as Franken or Weinstein Basically using the pedophile as if its proper, fitting and reasonably factual is what I'm facepalming. I'm facepalming modern liberalism / leftism. Sure Moore like Trump wasn't perfect but he would have been a hell of a lot better than Jones and most other politicians. I'm also just stunned Alabama went blue. I guess the half ass smear campaign was effective enough. Enough libtards in densely populated Alabama districts came out and threw due process to the wind. I really didn't mean to go so off topic but I was asked. Also while I lean pro choice and I'm more with Jones on that one issue - Jones is also anti-gun (you can call it gun safety or "common sense gun regulation" all you want). I don't care for how much Moore intermingles religion into politics/law either but its not quite as objectionable as liberal judges interpretations of law. Liberal judges interpreting the 14th Amendment can be mind boggling at times.

Proud to involve religion in politics. Sounds like the vice president, the guy that barely lost to Trump in the primaries, and a solid chunk of the rest of the clown car we call the GOP...

If people object to Moore for his religious zealousness and distaste for not keeping them separate from his civic duties - I can respect that. To bypass due process and reason by slapping the "pedophile" tag on him however is..... deplorable and really ignorant. I was really hoping Moore would win and have a repeat of election day and see libtards meltdown and double down on the same tactics that got Trump elected (and will again in 2020). To get back on topic (like all MO topics eventually derail - this one seems to be on me though so sorry MO community and thread integrity) what is so terrible about Net Neutrality that would make it cybernetic Armageddon?

One thing I do wonder though. Do you really need to have physical "slow lanes" and "fast lanes"? I asked someone about this before and Im not sure Im getting it, but couldnt an ISP just have software on their side that limits bandwidth to and from designated sources? The complaints Ive heard largely involve "artificial" throttling. And yeah, if they do it overnight then obviously itll be a PR nightmare. But what if they ease it in slowly over the course of several years?
