No appetite

Eating a little protein will not be a help for the long haul, you need it consistently. Get over being picky and realize that your body needs protein. If you can afford to be picky, you can afford to not worry and thus you don't need advice. That or, you can get bags of dried beans pretty cheap and beans of any sort (Not green beans) have lots of protein and fiber (both are good for you, not in excess of course). Of course, good old fashioned meat will always have more protein.

While all that is accurate, the way I understood was he was looking to try and regain his appetite, thats why I suggested peanut butter. It's not great for long term, but wasn't really meant as long term advice :p I'm also a vegetarian, so yeah, I know it sucks when you dont have one, but you do gotta get these vitamins and minerals in you regardless.

There's plenty of protein in vegetables, you just gotta know what vegetables have the most protein. As I said, bean are always a good, cheap source of protein.

Oh, I am aware, but as I said: short term solution :p Legumes, that includes peanuts (by proxy, peanut butter!), are your best friend, mang. eat that shit.

Yeah I'm well aware that eating bars all day everyday won't help much for the long haul and I'm not gonna eat bars instead of food, it's just to help me get back my appetite. I can eat half a potion and then feel sick but I'm still hungry so I will take a proteinbar. I admit that I suck at eating vegetables, I'll do better. I eat fruits more tho. I'll try as much as I can to get back my appetite so I get the urge back to cook and eat more of what I need. Like more protein, vegetables, vitamins, and minerals.

lack of appetite isn't really much to go on :/ If you're just experiencing a lack of appetite, I guess you can see if you can change it up and see if that helps. If you're experiencing anything else like palpitations, fatigue, breathlessness, muscle weakness, etc., then definitely get to a doctor for blood tests. But yeah, there are a couple of essential vitamins and minerals your body requires to function that we mainly get from diet. Bad things happen when you don't have enough so definitely be conscious of what you might be missing in your diet. I've seen a good number of long-term vegetarians who end up with B12 deficiency come through the pharmacy Just out of curiosity, you're a vegetarian but you don't eat many vegetables? What do you mainly eat then, carbs? :p
