anime for beginners ?

So I'm slowly finding anime to put on while my room mates here ,because if ur gana live here there will be anime alot of anime. So far they have enjoyed Soul eater , and devil's a part timer. I gave them my personal pick another. I think I've transmuted another . Any suggestions for them ? Iv caught him I'm up on dragonball's sence it's mandatory watching in the house lol

Y'all are too mainstream. -dons hipster glasses- Mujin Wakusei Survive. Its a great anime, with a fairly straightforward plot that doesn't rely very heavily on common esoteric anime tropes, but rather more universal themes and subplots. It centers around a group of kids who's shuttle lands on an uninhabited planet where they have to carve out a living from scratch. Sadly, not dubbed in english, and very often overlooked.
