I felt kinda disappointed by that movie tbh, especially with the way they molded Luke's character ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@Marcus Yeah i was kinda bummed out what they did to him at first, but by the end I think they justified the decision well enough and it really worked out in the movies favour, at least in my opinion. Also I don't mean that every negative review/criticism are from butthurt elitists, but I think one of the reason we hear a lot of bad criticism about the movie may be because there are a LOT of older fans not happy with the direction of the new movies. ALSO, yet again I've won

Mm, I guess I see where you're coming from, but dismissing their criticism and labeling it as 'elitist' is a little condescending, wouldn't you say? xd I preferred the old canon that Disney abandoned, and the new movies sadly fall into the same category as ME: Andromeda does for me; I guess everyone has their own cup of tea tho ;)

Nonono I don't mean that at all I understand all the valid critics of the movie I'm just saying that the OVERFLOW of bad criticism without any substance is coming from biased people that went in there in the theatres with a certain expectation but the movie came out completely wrong for them. There's A LOT of valid criticism, and me liking the movie is my opinion, I'm not saying that it's objectively a good movie just because I enjoyed it. And I'm not calling all the critics elitists, because the movie did have flaws, and just as you said, it may not have been everybodies cup of tea

Haha, alright, no worries :P Substanceless criticism does suck, as one cannot build up upon it, and I guess I too have some 'objectively not too good' things I enjoy ;)
