Tomoko Kuroki I have never seen such a relatable anime character as Tomoko before. The first thought that popped into my head when I first watched Watamote and saw her on screen was "Is that me?!?!" Socially awkward, eccentric, constantly fantasizing about things (What to say to people, what scenarios will play out if I do/say this or that, what would it be like if I was stronger, smarter,etc), a bit of a night owl (We both have very obvious dark circles from staying up too late watching anime or reading lol), and a little *ahem* perverted in the head (I don't openly show that side to anyone >__>), I can safely say that Tomoko is literally me. But female. >w<
