Anime tropes

I may be late to add to this topic, and that was quite the conversation I read. It made me chuckle, so thanks for that haha But what about most protagonists being dimwitted? I mean there's quite a bit of animes where the protagonist is smart but it feels like most are just really dense in the head. Not complaining because I still really enjoy those animes, Just thought I'd add it for the sake of adding something.

Muscle headed characters being just braindead, funny enough I know a good chunk of doods who are built and are intelligent af o 3o

You'll be amazed at how dense guys can be irl - I've seen with my own eyes and its so incredibly painful to watch, it's like their brain is nothing but a black hole o_o I'm a little bugged by the "everything takes place in a highschool" trope - I know most people who enjoy anime are highschoolers but I would like to see a greater variety of settings :I
