What is the 1st anime you watched that turned you into an Otaku??

@queen of cats Yeah I can remember when I first saw the gore and violence in "Blood" was absolutely shocking to little me. Thinking "Whaaaat! Cartoons can do that?!" Anime can do that. I was hooked.

I'm Yuuki, 25 years old, Pokemon was the first anime i watched but i didn't even know what anime was or what an otaku is back then, so the anime that made me the otaku i am today is InuYasha

I was an anime fan even before I knew what it was. I had a friend introduce me to what "anime" meant, so it's more like I was funneled into a niche rather than finding something that made me an otaku.

Hello my name's Yissel! :) I became one after watching Inuyasha! First anime ever... well besides growing with dbz, Naruto and pokemon and stuff.

I'm not a disgusting otaku like the rest of the common rabble here, but the first anime I saw that I really enjoyed was Ronin Warriors on Toonami like a long time ago.
