Why are westerners can't make any Anime?

Is it because of this http://antiwesterncosplayers.blogspot.com I mean, Asians used to see other Asians which why Anime characters look Asian.

RWBY is an American made anime. The reason why America doesn't really make anime, is because anime is not that popular in America.

Animated shows made in the west aren't considered anime. Although there have been several anime-inspired shows. Teen Titans and Avatar the Last Airbender come to mind.

Acorrding to RWBYWiki their animator's are Monty Oum, Dilon Gu, Shane Newvile, Patrick Rodriguez, Joe Macdonald, Kim Newman. Monty Oum was born in Rhode Island, and is in charge of the anime. Dilon Gu was also born in America as well. So technically what you said is invalid, and it is in fact an American anime.

They can'. a lot of ppl can draw anime characters pretty well. its just that our Goverement doesnt really care for anime to much, and our standards in the USA are much stricter in terms of content vs. Japan. it just is how it is. That and Most americans are Lazy as F*ck..Lmao. which is why all our animations besides Rwby our shit.

japanese ppl are dedicated, intelligent, passionate working machines in my opinion. all the best things are made in japan imo.
