So about that final fight in Naruto?

Not me. I stopped a few episodes into the "Great Ninja War". Ya know, something was big; plants were on the beach; there were lots of yellow Naruto's; He faught some people.

That last fight was intense. I guess I was expecting it to be more like the manga but it was completely different but a nice take on the fight. I tuned in just to see it from this post, I stopped around the same time as azuma since there were too many fillers.

Those last two episodes blew the entire Kaguya arc out of the water, imo. Just two of my favourite episode in all of Naruto, period. There were flashbacks, but the pacing wasn't slow. The action was just pure epicness and hit you right in the face off the bat. And that drama at the end.

I know right?! The animation was amazing, the fight was smooth and flowed so well. They made use of both ninja's skill sets and just from the begging to end the pacing was consistent and kept that high note. Not to mention that fight choreography. Even got a few laughs out of me without getting all ridiculous. Well... as non-ridiculous as magicians playing ninja can be. You are right though. It definitely blew the Kaguya fight out the water.

Holly cow, I just now got around to watching the last 2 episodes since I've been so busy. Epic. Yeah... I laughed too after the big explosion in the aerial battle, and they were falling back down... I thought oh well at least there's water below them... nope... hit dirt on either side of the stream... ouch. I also liked how it wasn't all just crazy ninjitsu. It went to an all out brawl. Crazy dramatic. And nostalgic. They brought back in the move Sasuke stole from Lee, and Naruto stole from Sasuke.
