Bunny Drop. It's about a guy taking care of his grandfather's young child(Kinda weird). In the Anime, it stopped before they ended up together. I have not read the manga, but I heard that they end up together after a time skip(That's kinda the reason I didn't read the manga lol). http://myanimelist.net/anime/10162/Usagi_Drop
