For anybody interested in sharing would you consider yourself to be a more emotional person or one who is less prone to showcasing anything. What is your reasoning behind being that way? Thank you for any feedback given To place something that slightly fits. https://youtu.be/MgSWxRMKCiw

Im emotional, but id rather not share all my feelings, i still can´t get over with simple things that mean nothing to life, i get upset.

Expressing emotions is a vulnerability because its subject to manipulation. That's what Ive understood so far. But it doesnt exclude the fact that I do infact have emotions; I just tend to be more careful when expressing certain emotions because the people who see them may not be so good at using them in such a way that would benefit me.

I'm honestly not too sure in regards too myself. I mean, sometimes I can get emotional but others I could care less ya know. Conventionally I believe that sharing feelings are good but there's of course the chance that you could be manipulated. I don't share mine but the manipulation thing isn't the reason. Just never knew how I guess lol. Self expression isn't really my strong point lol

No clue how too, their there, somewhere XD. Its difficult for me to express stuff. So anything, I mean anything personal im willing to share but emotion wise I have no idea what to say.

I'm very emotional and not afraid to show emotions but I try to keep it in check with logic just for practical reasons.

Even my own family has a hard time figuring me out sometimes but I've become better at expressing myself. Internally, I'm very emotionally sensitive. Maybe that's why i have anxiety!!
