If I had Money Money Money

What would you do if you had an extra ten dollars? Fifty dollars? A hundred? A thousand? A million? A billion? A trillion? What do you believe about money and how do you handle/save/spend/manage it? If I had an extra 10 dollars, I would probably keep it in my wallet and spend it on a meal out, bonus if I could treat someone. If I had an extra 50-100 dollars, I'd want to put it into savings, but I would also be tempted to shop for cosplay-stuff. Given my history, I would probably spend it shopping for a maid costume, or whatever is next on my list of desires. Oooh, I'd spend it paying for a massage session for my neck strain. That would be a better investment. If I had an extra $1000, I'd split 60% for saving and the other 40% for spending, ideally. If I had a million, I'd put 0.03% of it paying off student loans, keep 0.05% for savings, 0.02% for spending, 10% would go to charity and invest 80% of it into stocks/bonds. If I had a billion-trillion, that's too big a number for me to wrap my head around at the moment, but I could totally invest in educational media and family planning and personal growth programs around the globe. I believe money in the hands of a generous heart can create inspiring change in the world, creating new employment opportunities, affordable living expenses for food/clothing/housing, inventing sustainable technologies, promote prevention programs and cures for health ailments, whereas money in the hands of a twisted heart can bring about more fear, poverty, hunger and disease. So as much as I can, I aim to cultivate a generous heart. I also believe that before helping others, one must be able to help oneself; such as in the case of a flight emergency, to put on your own oxygen mask before assisting another. So while it might seem hypocritical that I spend a lot starting out if I had an extra grand or two, I know there's a limit to what kind of lifestyle I want and how much it would cost to sustain, and so anything above that is going to be given back to causes I believe in. That's my two cents in the matter. What's yours?

$10 - Id keep it in my wallet just in case. I never use cash but maybe it'd help someday. $50 - That would put gas in the car for a week. $100 - I could help out my family a little more. They always need something and cant afford it. $1,000 - This would build up my savings a little more. Stuff happens, and I like to be prepared. $1,000,000 - Id buy some houses or a small apartment complex to rent out. It would ensure a comfortable living for myself and those around me. One of them would probably be for my mom so shes got a decent home for life. I could also pay off the student loans. $1,000,000,000 - The sky is the limit. I wouldnt know how to spend that much. I could invest in some of the business ideas I have which would make more job opportunities, and help people like me that came from a poor background to get their degree and make a good living. $1,000,000,000,000 - You could buy a country with money like this. I dont know how I could possibly spend it all. There would be enough to donate to every charity in existence, and still have enough to drive your Veyron back to the beachfront hotel you own. Its more money than anyone has any business with. As you could probably tell, my family is a priority. They're as needy as anyone, so I do what I can to help them out.

$10 - Keep it for a one of those "rainy day" moments. $50 - Gas for a few weeks. (Compact car! lol) $100 - I would put it in my savings account straightaway. Maybe treat myself later on. $1,000 - Put that in my bank account and save up for that trip I've been trying to take. $1,000,000 - Car, my own place, go on some trips, invest a little, help some needy people I care about out. For the most part just live my life similarly, only I'd have money. $1,000,000,000 - I'd definitely make the trip I've been wanting, buy a new car, get a place to live (or two), invest some of it into real estate for needy families, and put the rest away. Maybe get a few improvements done to my body cause there are things I am unhappy with. Just because you have money doesn't mean you should spend it, so I'd live my life the same as usual only I'd have a lot of money. $1,000,000,000,000 - This would be a good opportunity to help people in need internationally, and still do the things that I have always wanted to do. I would definitely put some towards investments, definitely buy real estate internationally. I'd be made, basically. I probably would just put the rest of the money away into accounts.

Buy an Audi R8 V10 and research stocks and investing, work on my own money making projects. Work on photography and film projects. Visit Tokyo, Japan. $1,000,000,000 - Buy a large home in the hills outside Tokyo. Buy another in Hilo, Hawaii and another in Aukland, New Zealand and Maybe a small beach House in Spain. Buy my own private island for my own private research corporation to explore advanced technologies. Take a group of friends on a trip to Japan in my private plane, give each $100,000 spending money. Give some money to all my friends and family. $1,000,000,000,000 - ^Plus build my own Utopia city in the desert to show how things should be done. Have a lottery to pick residents to live there. Hmmm... Just imagine the pizza one could get for $1,000,000,000,000.... $10... Well, just bought dinner...even though I probably shouldn't have spent that. $50, Gas for two weeks. $100, Bills. $1,000, More bills. $100,000, Pay off all of my bills and save the rest until I get a good job ( or a job at this point...) $100,000,000, Get a decent house and go back to school plus help out my family. $1,000,000,000,000, Buy a house with an underground bunker. Why? Why not? Pay off my family's bills and go to school. Start a charity to help the underprivileged get grants. Invest in or start my own company. I'm sure there's plenty more, but over all I'd want the money to work for me as in building up rather than just using it and becoming corrupt because of it. Money is not the root of evil, but the love of money certainly can be.

Once enough units are produced I will invade Poland, simultaneously take over China's production plants, and get a stranglehold on the global market. All will bow down to my supreme power. If my automatons revolt I will build a giant mech in which I will pilot into combat with said automatons. I'd also like to build a house by the beach with a nice little olive tree grove.
