[Serious] Genderfluid/Non-binary/Queers

elder_reaper
Let me start off with that I respect dissenters in my opinion, and this is by no means meant to offend. I've come to the conclusion that gender corresponds to sex for a reason, and that outside of trans people ( in other words, moving across the binary is fine if you're dysphoric ) and intersex people ( this is people with diagnosed genetic disorder ) that the greater 'Queer' or non-binary/genderfluid culture is full of Special Snowflake Syndrome, and that anyone who dissents in their opinion is automatically a bad person. What peeves me about this is they claim sex and gender are different, then want every option under the sun for sex on identity documents or for cultural and bureaucratical systems to accomodate them based on their sense of entitlement, and not on mental or medical conditions ( as I said, intersex people should have some leeway here, and trans people should have every right to be accomodated ) On top of that if one uses he/she instead of 'they' which violates English ( they is plural and using it singularly causes serious grammatical hell ) it seems that all of them get extremely upset, as if humanity is supposed to automagically rewrite every part of society to conform to their idealism. Alright I've ended my rant there and said what I had to say. I'm curious what others think.

I agree to some extent. Reminds me of when online dating became big in the 90s and lots of people came out as "bi". But then other people who weren't necessarily bi claimed to be to attract attention of the opposite sex. This got big with the emo culture in particular with lots of girls lusting after bi/gay emo boys and such. So then people felt the need to distinguish themselves from the "trendy" wannabe bi people and pansexual, omnisexal, trisexual and other terms became wildly popular. Seems like I kept seeing a new sexual description term coming up constantly for people trying to show how unique and open minded they were and stand out from the crowd.

Nope you're wrong sorry pal.

Like actually fuck off both of you don't be disregarding just because you can't empathize with how other people are, think, and feel.

Are you going to elaborate on that or am I just supposed to draw conclusions of a conceited SJW-type weeaboo?

If you didn't end it "alright I've ended my rant" then maybe I would be able to take your views and observations on people in general, a little more seriously. As a side note It's all about love in the end my brothers and sisters!

I rant because I don't say anything until it bothers me enough to get my lazy ass to write a ream about it. I'd be fine with people doing this if they didn't expect everyone else to mold to their views without proper justification.

They say that you can't reason with someone who's in a position that they themselves weren't reasoned into. I also wouldn't expect a thesis from anyone on here unless they were absolutely serious and passionate about a subject. However, a rant isn't conducive to "serious discussion " but it is a good starting off point towards forming a solid opinion, which in turn IS beneficial to the subject which you have presented. I just feel that you could've thought it out and presented it better, giving everyone a solid platform to work off of

Again, I'm lazy - i don't organize unless I have to.
